More Housing Ahead: Grace Manor Set to Open in November

Grace Manor, a new six-story affordable housing development in North Lawndale, is preparing for its official Grand Opening in November.

Grace Manor is a community-driven project led by Grace at Jerusalem CDC to provide much-needed affordable housing for families who want to either remain in or move to North Lawndale. Grace Manor includes 65 affordable apartments – 19 of which are subsidized by CHA. The building also includes retail, community space and a rooftop deck.
