The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is releasing its Amended FY2026 Admin Plan for public comment from July 28th through August 26th, 2025. The proposed Amendment is to allow CHA to support eligible families residing in units assisted by any special purpose including emergency housing voucher participants.
