Carroll Buxton

Carroll Buxton is our Deputy Chief Executive.

She has worked for HIE since 1992, primarily within the Operations Group, most recently as Regional Director. Prior to that, Carroll was Area Manager for Caithness and Sutherland.

Carroll is a graduate of Aberdeen University and has a postgraduate qualification in economic development.
