This study was commissioned by HIE to evaluate HIE Trade Network support for the Creative Industries covering the three-year funding period October 2014 to October 2017. In addition to the summative assessment, the evaluation has a ‘forward looking’ element that brought out key messages and recommendations to inform the development of the Trade Networks (or alternative support service) beyond the current contracting arrangements.
The evaluation was completed over the period January to April 2018. Findings are presented in the report which can be downloaded below.
