Bettendorf Place is a 23-unit development located in the South Chicago community. The Chicago Housing Authority provides rental assistance to 18 supportive housing units for households living with HIV AIDS through its Project Based Voucher (PBV) program. * Applicants must provide documentation of homelessness or documentation of threat of homelessness. Preference is given to applicants that are current with Chicago's Coordinated Entry System. For more information, see https://AllChicago.org/Coordinated-Entry-System Homeless preference is given to applicants that agree to share their information with other homeless organizations. Preference is reviewed monthly. Status is reviewed monthly for those applicants that agree to share their application with Homeless Agencies. *Single-Person households with adjusted annual income below $39,250 (2024 HUD income allowance adjusted annually) * Smoke-free building. * On-site supportive services available for residents. Note: Building requirements are established by the individual property and not by the CHA.
